Todd W. Elliott promoted to partner of the Law Firm Elliott & Davis

The Law Firm of Elliott & Davis, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion to partner of Todd W. Elliott. Mr. Elliott practices mainly in the area of courtroom litigation. He handles cases involving breach of contract, warranties, personal injury, family law, PFA, and DUI. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Buffalo, and a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law.

Mr. Elliott has experience in both the private and judicial sector. He was previously a law clerk for the Honorable Peter Steege on the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, Pennsylvania, where he performed research and writing for the Court during trials involving slip and fall, commercial litigation, and medical liability matters. Mr. Elliott also worked as a litigator for a prominent regional law firm where he focused his practice in the area of civil litigation. Has handled cases involving vehicle accidents, subrogation, first party benefits claims (UM/UIM), bad faith, premises liability, coverage issues, workers' compensation, covenants not to compete, and unfair trade practices. Many of his cases resulted in jury trials and successful outcomes. He has also obtained favorable outcomes in trials involving child custody and child support.
