Biography
As an attorney at Elliott & Davis, Nick concentrates his practice on litigation and corporate matters. Nick has experience and expertise in multiple areas of litigation and transactional work including securities, investment negligence and fraud, personal injury, product liability, employment and unemployment matters, and commercial law. Nick previously worked as a financial analyst for a division of Goldman Sachs, primarily dealing with Fortune 1000 executives. This insight into the inner workings of the financial and corporate world have proven a great asset to Nick’s practice areas.
