At Elliott & Davis, we are proud of the services we deliver to our clients and their businesses. We are also quite aware that there are many individuals in our communities who desperately need legal assistance but simply cannot afford it. That's why we have a longstanding commitment to providing pro bono representation to needy individuals and organizations.

Our attorneys assist low-income individuals with their legal needs through their work with Neighborhood Legal Services, the Uptown Legal Clinic at Bethlehem Haven, and the Allegheny County Bar Association's Modest Means program. In particular, we have helped low-income clients in child support, custody, divorce, estate planning, and housing matters. Our attorneys have provided pro bono protection from abuse (PFA) representation for victims of abuse. We have also done pro bono work for local artists through the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council.

Elliott & Davis is involved with the Pittsburgh Pro Bono Partnership, assisting with the Anti-Predatory Lending Clinic and the Community Clinic. Our attorneys also give free informational sessions to senior citizens in the Greenfield and Squirrel Hill neighborhoods of Pittsburgh. This commitment to community service does not end with the practice of law. We each take this commitment into our respective communities, where we strive daily to serve our neighbors in need.

We work to sustain our communities by volunteering our time with organizations such as the East End Cooperative Ministry and the Pittsburgh East Rotary Club. We spend our time volunteering as tutors with organizations such as the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council. We demonstrate our commitment to environmental sustainability through their work with organization such as the Rachel Carson Trails Conservancy, the Nine Mile Run Greenway Project, the Allegheny Trail Alliance, and the Regional Environmental Education Center. We stand up for animal rights through involvement in organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Animal Law Committee.

Finally, our attorneys either currently serve or have served in the past as members of the board of director or as officers of the following organizations: the Health Hope Network, the East End Cooperative Minstry, the Public Square Project, Animal Advocates, and Friends of the Riverfront.
